Wendy said all her living room needed was a simple coat of white. As we chatted, I noticed some gorgeous original architectural features, effectively lost under an all over paint job.

Colour Advice
' You need a contrast to bring out the details,' I said, ' It will dramatise and restore them.' We looked at colours and decided on an antique gold finish.
Design and Decoration
This always involves me turning up on location with my toolkit in tow. I get to work using a roller, a wet and dry brush and anything I can think of. Wendy's brief might have finished a long way from a simple coat of white. But the room glittered because of it.
