I had a week away on holiday so left Will with my house keys and he completed the work on budget and on schedule over that week, checking in once to confirm one small detail. I came back to a tidy house, and the work was great: a lovely finish, and repairs were seamless. Lastly - Will worked happily alongside my little deaf elderly cat, Mimi. I think they bonded well, and became good friends over the week.
